If a Shopify App Store listing, order form, subscription plan, data processing addendum, or signed agreement includes different terms for a specific app, those specific terms control for that app.
Using our apps

Disco Merchant and Panikka Studio own the website, app designs, code, branding, documentation, and related materials, except for content or data owned by merchants, Shopify, or third parties. These terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Merchant data and feedback
You retain ownership of your store data and app configuration. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. If you send feedback or product ideas, we may use them without restriction or compensation.
Disclaimers
The website and apps are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
